Important Return Guidelines

Apparel:

  • Keep tags intact.
  • Ensure items are free of pet hair before returning.
  • Please try on your uniform before washing. We cannot accept returns on worn or laundered items unless defective.

Shoes:

  • Return in the original box or bag
  • Include Return & Exchange Form (included in your original shipment) with your return.

 

Alterations Policy

Altered clothing items are eligible for return or exchange with the following exceptions:

  • Pants: Exchanges allowed for inseams longer than 28″. Inseams shorter than 28″ are non-returnable.
  • Pant-to-Short Conversion: Final sale, no exchanges.
  • Braid Removal (MVS): Final sale, no exchanges.

Shoes & Boots

  • Ensure your new shoes or boots fit comfortably before use. We are happy to exchange shoes or boots that are in like-new condition (unused and unworn).
  • We cannot accept returns on shoes or boots that are soiled, scratched, bent, or otherwise damaged.

Back-Ordered Items

  • As per postal regulations, your postal card will only be charged for items that have been shipped. Back-ordered items will not be deducted from your uniform allowance until they are shipped.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after the merchandise is received.
  • If there is any remaining balance from your exchange, it will be automatically refunded to your postal card.
  • Important: Refunds can only be processed within the current year’s allowance, so please be mindful of your anniversary date.
